A Private Market Place (or PMP) is a tool or functionality that allows a Demand Side Platform to buy inventory from a specific publisher or adnetwork, in a guarded (private) programmatic environment. There are different reasons for using a PMP. These vary from brand safety, to a guaranteed amount of impressions or pricing certainties.
