Why type of connection and targeting in question is important
It’s possible to target devices using 3G, 4G (soon 5G), WIFI and/or an IP connection. While the significance of this targeting capability seems minor, it can carry great value. For example it’s wise to exclude devices using 3G when serving a video-banner. Also, when configuration or selecting different connection targeting setting - within a campaign - differences in terms of conversions can occur.
